Madison grew up in Yakima Washington. She moved to Spokane in 2012 to complete her undergraduate degree in biology at Whitworth University. During this time she was volunteering at the Union Gospel Mission and served on two mission trips to Haiti. She met her husband, Michael while shadowing in the Yakima Regional Emergency Department. They have been together for 8 years and have 3 children.

She knew while in medical school that she wanted to work in chronic pain because of her mom. Her mom is a chronic pain patient and is an inspiring example of what it means to keep fighting against all odds. Now as a provider, she hopes she can help find ways to give patients the best quality of life possible and provide them with hope.
