DR. ISPIRESCU is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained pain management physician. He trained with top experts in the field of pain medicine at UC San Diego, where he completed both his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship. Dr. Ispirescu is passionate about looking at the whole person when treating pain, utilizing a combination of the latest and most advanced therapies, along with a holistic, integrative approach. As part of his pain management fellowship, Dr. Ispirescu trained in all aspects of pain management and has developed expertise in spinal cord stimulation (SCS), ultrasound-guided injection therapy, as well as lifestyle medicine. He is also now offering the latest and most advanced treatments using stem cell and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, promoting natural healing and restoration. Magda Sneddon, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified
Magda Sneddon is a board-certified nurse practitioner who has earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Georgia College and State University and Masters of Science degree from the University of North Georgia. Her experience includes Family Medicine, women’s health, hospital settings, and intensive care.
Magda believes in an individualized and comprehensive holistic approach to health and pain management which, along with medication management and interventional procedures, incorporates physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, a healthy lifestyle, and regular exercise. She is passionate about using evidence-based practices and empowering each patient, through education, in making positive changes to improve quality of life. Magda is a native of Romania and for the past 20 years has lived on the west and east coast, thus having an understating and appreciation for cultural diversity. When she is not working she enjoys volunteering in the community, going on mission trips, cooking healthy meals, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
Leslie Rogers, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified
Leslie is a family nurse practitioner who graduated from Graceland University in Missouri in 2011. She previously worked in St. Maries Idaho in family practice prior to joining Idaho Pain Clinic in June 2018. She grew up in northern Idaho in the St. Maries area, attended Lewis-Clark State College, and received her bachelor's in nursing science in 2001. After working as a floor nurse in St. Maries, she worked for Kootenai Health in the emergency department before transitioning into family practice.
Mary Reindollar, PA-C
Physician Assistant, Certified
Mary is a board-certified physician assistant who earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Education from the University of Evansville (Indiana), Bachelor of Science as Physician Assistant at Trevecca University in Nashville, and a Masters of Science from the University of Nebraska.
She has 11 years of experience in both emergency medicine and primary care during which time she did trauma medicine and women's medicine. She has 10 years of urgent care and family practice experience and has also specialized for three years in both surgical and clinical Orthopedics.
Mary is very passionate about the practice of medicine. She attempts to look at each patient separately and come up with the right plan for each individual. Working at Idaho Pain Clinic, she is able to work with Dr. Ispirescu to provide patients with alternative treatments including injections, minimally invasive pain treatments, medication management, and nutrition. She wants to treat the whole patient and not just their pain needs. She would like to have every patient to be able to “live life to the fullest”!
Mary is married with five grown children. She moved here from Montana and enjoys horseback riding, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and spending time with her animals and family.
Jonathan Lippman, PA-C
Physician Assistant, Certified
Jonathan is a board-certified physician assistant who earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from the Biola University (‘09). He spent the next few years working in high adventure, overseas, and youth education. After earning a wilderness EMT and EMT-B certification he became enamored with medicine and went back to school to become a PA. He graduated from UC Davis PA School in 2019 and spent the next year in working in hospital system with the interventional radiology and emergency medicine department plus worked at an independent urgent care. He has since returned to the Spokane with his family to work with Dr. Ispirescu and the team.
Jonathan is passionate about medical practice and serving the community. His wilderness leadership and youth work has translated to medical practice as he has a passion for walking with others through their challenges. Working at Pain Clinic of Spokane, he hopes to help each patient thrive and be able to meet their goals in their day to day life. Jonathan is married with three children. He moved here from California but moved to the inland northwest where is wife is originally from. When time is available, which is rare at this junction in life, he can be found spending time with his family, playing music, back-packing, skiing, hiking, or just reading a good book.

Ashley is the Sandpoint Surgery Center Administrator. She also coordinates the Marketing for the Idaho Pain Clinic as a collective. She is responsible for managing the daily operations of the facilities' surgery center to streamline patient care. On a typical day, Ashley may be involved in organizing facility records, attending board meetings, keeping up with new practice regulations, and communicating with physicians and other surgical staff.
Wearing multiple hats, she also has superb influencing skills. Her ability to enhance any companies marketing campaigns is second to none. Ashley has extensive experience working in competitive marketing environments where only the toughest succeed. She not only has the ability to see those opportunities that others do not but also has the initiative needed to take advantage of them. She excels in building employee relations and morale.
Ashley is a young professional, passionate about her work. She has more than 10 combined years of experience in Health Care management and marketing. Raised in Ocean City, Md, Ashley attended Stephen Decatur High School but received her diploma from Mandeville High School in New Orleans, LA. Ashley received her associate's degree at Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury, MD with a specialty in business. Her newest accomplishment is a certification in behavioral therapy.
Ashley, her husband Alphonso, and their 2 daughters Addison and Adrianna live in Sandpoint, Idaho. She enjoys her time away from work by cooking and enjoying the great outdoors.
