DR. ISPIRESCU is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained pain management physician. He trained with top experts in the field of pain medicine at UC San Diego, where he completed both his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship. Dr. Ispirescu is passionate about looking at the whole person when treating pain, utilizing a combination of the latest and most advanced therapies, along with a holistic, integrative approach. As part of his pain management fellowship, Dr. Ispirescu trained in all aspects of pain management and has developed expertise in spinal cord stimulation (SCS), ultrasound-guided injection therapy, as well as lifestyle medicine. He is also now offering the latest and most advanced treatments using stem cell and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, promoting natural healing and restoration. This has allowed him to effectively treat some of the most challenging pain conditions, where others had given up.

As the founder of Idaho Pain Clinic and co-founder of Pain Clinic of Spokane, Dr. Ispirescu and his team have worked tirelessly to put together one of the region’s only true multi-disciplinary programs, incorporating the most advanced minimally-invasive pain management treatments, along with medication management, nutrition counseling, physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and psychological services. Dr. Ispirescu and his team are also actively involved in genetic research in one of the most promising and exciting areas, using genomics to identify and guide the most effective treatment options for each individual patient.

Michael Mazzilli, MD

Dr. Mazzilli is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained pain management physician. He trained in the Navy, beginning with Medical School at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD. He completed both his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, VA. After a 31-year career in the Navy, he worked for Kaiser Permanente for 5 years.
Dr. Mazzilli is passionate about helping people manage chronic pain by utilizing a multidisciplinary, multimodal approach. He specifically enjoys performing interventions that help patients with their overall health maintenance, including exercise, physical therapy, maintaining ideal body weight, and being tobacco-free. Dr. Mazzilli is excited to have recently moved to the beautiful Sandpoint area. He enjoys spending time with his family participating in outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and boating. He also likes to play electric guitar.
Leslie Rogers, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified
Leslie is a family nurse practitioner who graduated from Graceland University in Missouri in 2011. She previously worked in St. Maries Idaho in family practice prior to joining Idaho Pain Clinic in June 2018. She grew up in northern Idaho in the St. Maries area, attended Lewis-Clark State College, and received her bachelor's in nursing science in 2001. After working as a floor nurse in St. Maries, she worked for Kootenai Health in the emergency department before transitioning into family practice.
Madison Guzman, PA-C
Physician Assistant, Certified
Madison grew up in Yakima Washington. She moved to Spokane in 2012 to complete her undergraduate degree in biology at Whitworth University. During this time she was volunteering at the Union Gospel Mission and served on two mission trips to Haiti. She met her husband, Michael while shadowing in the Yakima Regional Emergency Department. They have been together for 8 years and have 3 children.
She knew while in medical school that she wanted to work in chronic pain because of her mom. Her mom is a chronic pain patient and is an inspiring example of what it means to keep fighting against all odds. Watching her mom battle pain, and knowing how difficult it was, gave her the passion to provide care in this field. Now as a provider, she hopes she can help find ways to give patients the best quality of life possible and provide them with hope.
Matthew Hansen, PA-C
Physician Assistant, Certified
Matthew is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Born and raised on the West Coast, Matthew earned a bachelor of science degree in clinical nutrition and started his career as an entrepreneur; eventually owning multiple successful businesses. After answering a lifelong call to a career in medicine, Matthew became a licensed EMT and worked in one of the busiest ERs on the West Coast, with his sights set on becoming a Physician Assistant. He later attended the PA Program at Duke University School of Medicine and began working in cardiothoracic surgery. In his spare time, you can find Matthew enjoying woodworking, hiking, fly-fishing, archery, and spending time with his family.
Amber Farance, PA-C

Amber is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Medex Northwest, a division in the University of Washington school of medicine in 2020. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she was a Registered Nurse working in skilled nursing and assisted living settings for roughly 7 years. She was raised in rural eastern Washington and has lived in the LC valley for the last 14 years. She is a member of the Washington Association of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing, and kayaking.
Graham Andrews, FNP-C

Graham Andrews is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Born and raised in Sandpoint, Graham earned his bachelor’s of nursing science degree at Northwest Nazarene University and later attended Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky to complete his Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree. He has worked in various areas of medicine including perioperative medicine, intensive care, nephrology, and urgent care. He has a passion for skiing in the winter-time and enjoying the lake with his family in the summer. His greatest passion is his family and is the proud father of 2 sons.
Yvonne Moran, RN
Director of Operations
Yvonne is the Director of Operations at the Idaho Pain Clinic with a strong background in nursing and healthcare leadership. Based in Idaho, she is dedicated to improving patient care experiences and supporting clinical teams to provide the highest quality of service. With 24 years as a registered nurse and 8 years in leadership roles, Yvonne brings both clinical expertise and operational excellence to her work.
Her career began at the bedside, where she gained experience across many different areas of nursing. Over time, Yvonne’s passion for supporting both patients and care teams led her to pursue leadership positions. In these roles, she discovered a love for building efficient systems, mentoring staff, and driving initiatives that improve outcomes for patients and providers alike. This combination of hands-on clinical experience and operational leadership shapes her approach to managing healthcare organizations.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Yvonne values balance and connection. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, reading, and family activities, which helps her bring energy and perspective to her leadership role. She is also guided by a strong belief in compassion and integrity, values that remain central to her approach to healthcare.
Chase Gardner
Marketing Liaison
Chase is a marketing professional who brings focus and creativity to the Idaho Pain Clinic team. He earned his degree from Oklahoma Christian University, where he also competed as a collegiate golfer, and began his career in motorsports marketing. There, he developed expertise in brand development, content strategy, and audience engagement. Seeking to apply his skills in a more meaningful way, Chase transitioned into healthcare and is dedicated to advancing the clinic’s mission by highlighting services that help patients live pain-free and live life to the fullest.
Outside of work, Chase enjoys working on racecars, camping, golfing, and spending time with his family.
