1 onion, chopped 1 can coconut milk 1 T. salt/seasoned salt 12 c. water 5 c. potato flakes /instant mashed potatoes 1 lb. frozen broccoli pieces, chopped

Saute onion in water for five (5) minutes. Add coconut milk, salt and water. Bring to a boil, then add potato flakes to desired consistency.

Add frozen broccoli pieces and simmer 5 minutes.
